I already give myself a check several other places before using Amazon for books... but do accept free ones there.
It was also why when I published my book I didn't go through them, as I preferred to not have an exclusive with one retailer.

Well... the cover artist I hired for my latest book... turns out to be a scammer. I am having to restart the process to find another artist. I need one for a girl and a wolf curled up together, as I did like the initial image.
Anyone have any good artists who could do one fairly quickly... as I am getting into crunch time.

Writers... those who think up imaginary people... then curse them with having an interesting life... so they can write about it :)

@Rayne_Hall_Author I agree with your idea. I never use AI for the writing, and very annoyed about it in Office suite and disabled it.

Using AI to make the story means give up much to what a computer thinks is good, which I have rarely found is good. Also, the sources they used to make them... rarely are shared. The only one which did is Adobe; they purchased copies from their Stock (I received payment from sales of one each about the same time, so likely was true) to feed it.

My third werewolf novel is out! It is called Wolf Tech 3: The Alphas. It is available globally in a hard cover and ebook format.
It's a contemporary fantasy novel. There is a little romance, a bunch of tech, some nature, and overall a character growth story, and how the characters grow, learn, and find out things they didn't know about themselves.

@TechConnectify Watching your Algorithm video... I very much dislike how the big companies are pushing AI... I think they are going "oooo shiny!" and wanting to charge us more for the privilege to access it (not that I want it)! :(

I prefer the control too! It's also why I don't like "smart" devices. Tech is useful, but needs more thought and controls by the owner/user not being pushed blindly at us to make them more money.

It has a male Turned-Wolf and their Born-Werewolf mate start to find their place in the pack, although they seem to keep excelling on each of their duties, making it hard to find a place which challenges them, instead of leaving them bored.
