💡 In light of Homes England's unilateral change of redemption rules and continuing refusals to redeem building safety affected Help to Buy loans at their assessed value, we have sent letters to the FCA, Financial Ombudsman and the Parliamentary Health and Services Ombudsman to highlight the situation and ask why Help to Buy does not seem to be subject to the same rules as other loans and other financial products.
