The more I think about it, it feels like I'm going backward with technology. I used to be all about everything being cloud-based and internet-driven. Then I shifted to hosting everything locally. Now, my last two purchases have been a USB-C SSD to store my files and a DAB radio.

Looking at the news about #X and #Meta at the minute I feel they are in an arms race to see who can provide the most "freedom" the quickest.

I've always joked about deleting Facebook and Instagram (X already gone) but it's slowly looking more and more likely if they are becoming even bigger far-right hell holes than they already are.

Definitely a work from home day tomorrow. Barely made it to the bus this morning and it was nowhere near as bad as this...
