The NDCal ruling in Anthropic concluding that AI training is fair use is an interesting one. I hope to see scholars try to square it with Hachette v. Internet Archive when it comes to market effect analysis, and I’m interested for it to go up on appeal.

@amadeus I used to feel that way, but it improved a lot when I set my feed aggregator (Miniflux) to send everything to another platform which I get a trickle of notifications for and can click if I like a headline. I’m no longer reading everything that comes through and that’s okay :)
