Wed afternoon, a high pressure sewage pipe in the bridge over the Hoddesdon Rye House, Hertford East branch line broke. They were working on this last year. The railway and station are flooded with foul water. This feeds into the big STW at Rye House.

Thames Water is bankrupt after being bled dry by vulture capital. It should be nationalised.
