Am schwersten zu finden waren für uns bei der #Safari allerdings die #Nashörner , trotz ihrer Größe!
Die vergraben sich nämlich bei steigender Hitze gerne nahezu komplett in Schlamm.
Wie sie da selber wieder heraus kommen, hat mich auch beeindruckt. 😉
Wir bekamen einen Tipp, wo welche zu finden seien und sind trotzdem zunächst dran vorbei gefahren. Einfach nicht gesehen.
Erst ein entgegenkommender anderer Wagen kannte die grobe Stelle und dann würden wir endlich fündig! 🤩

The adult is very distinctive in appearance with a mostly brown body with a white head like the bald eagle and large, powerful, black wings. The head, breast, and tail of African fish eagles are snow white, with the exception of the featherless face, which is yellow.
