Another stop on the @ihazrabies tour of Oakland ghost signs. This is one of two M.J.B. Coffee signs on the same building, which have been repainted at some point.
Today I'm beating the street in downtown Oakland, following the ghost signs route that @ihazrabies kindly plotted for me.

@hamatti @kayserifserif This is exactly what I started doing a couple of years ago and my first album is almost full.
Duplicates go on my bike frame, and then any more than that I pass to my kids.

@db Yes, mine ships to EU from EU.
It's also printed in Spain, which probably makes it easier for me as Eye prints in the UK I believe, so there would be a big import bill for an initial batch shipment to a warehouse. The benefit would then be no hassle for those ordering/subscribing.
@db Do they not have EU distribution? For BLAG I use Ra & Olly who ship the magazine to European and 'Rest of World' subscribers/buyers from Berlin, while their London warehouse only serves the UK.

I wasn't expecting this to go live so soon but here's a little project I'm collaborating on with Jay Smith. The aim is to reprint the Coast Manual of Lettering and Designs (1907).
The manual is one of the rarest sign painting books out there, and it was a series of lucky events that led to Jay having a copy in his possession: https://bl.ag/bookish-good-luck-at-mclellan-signs-in-nampa-idaho/#mclellan-signs-nampa-idaho.
