@thibaultmol @lorenzofb Ah nice. Thanks for this.
@thibaultmol @lorenzofb Oh I see, so while the act itself did expose data it wasn't necessarily done in a traditional way. Thanks for that context. I'm still a little taken back that 23andMe hasn't said much about it given that customer data is out there.
@lorenzofb That no comment part from 23andMe is nuts. How do you not get ahead of a story like this now that it is getting worse? Truly stunning behaviour.
"Gurman also writes that a new iMac, which could launch next month, will bring USB-C “Magic” accessories like a mouse."
We'll finally get to see how Apple will respond to its most egregious design choice ever.

@i_give_u_worms Not that I've heard. Maybe they were at different locations.
This is hilarious. #SAGAFTRAstrong https://mastodon.social/@IDIC/111059646512441033
Now that I've seen Margot Robbie on a picket line I really want a "Strike Barbie" doll. #SAGAFTRAstrong
@leoncowle This is a great choice. SNW is so well done; it carries the true spirit of the core Trek storytelling values.
"Sir #IanWilmut, the British scientist who led the team which #cloned Dolly the sheep, has died, the University of Edinburgh in Scotland confirmed in a statement on Monday. He was 79 years old."
This begs an obvious question about Wilmut's redundancy plan upon his death.

"Measuring in at just over 43" inches long, and made of a whopping 5,374 pieces, the UCS Venator comes with a display stand and the UCS-stalwart placard giving a technical breakdown of the Grand Army of the Republic’s flagship cruiser line..."
That's one big #Lego #StarWars ship.

@gedeonm Agreed. They're really slick and not having to break for applause is a bonus.
"There is a section in the #YouTube #Music app that is labeled "Connect With HomePod," which suggests that integration could be coming at some point in the future."

"But Apple will do more than just switch the port if Mark Gurman’s information is accurate. The Bloomberg reporter told MacRumors that Apple is developing a version of the battery pack that would let users “daisy chain” multiple battery packs by stacking them."
An upgraded battery pack would be a welcome companion alongside new phones.

One of the best team-ups in #Marvel #comics is getting a sequel from Chris Claremont. https://screenrant.com/wolverine-captain-america-black-widow-claremont-madripoor-sequel/
@ashkendo I agree, it wasn't as bad by comparison to some other films these days. It was fun in a cheesy kind of way. That said, I've definitely been far more selective of what I see. I'm a dork so enjoy comic book movies, good and bad. Ongoing guilty pleasure lol
I am quickly beginning to realize that what Twitter/X is to Threads, Threads is to Mastodon. I'm sure I'm overstating it but it's certainly interesting watching how a social network changes over time.
"It’s been over two weeks, and the #DC movie [#TheFlash] is still doing numbers."
I don't find this overly surprising (most films that show up on streaming do well out-of-the-gate)... BUT, I am curious to know if those "numbers" lead to any new subscribers. More specifically, could that new revenue make up for the loss The Flash suffered at the box office?
Seems unlikely, but interesting to consider from an analytics point-of-view.
