one of my hobbies is to make my own board games. it's splashing onto my son (5) who is making his own #TabletopDesign game. it's not the best...but it's playable. and, he made it for himself and not me. not to say he wasn't seeking my approval. but this is huge to me. he's definitely a chip off the old block.

I can fantasize that the security systems in Arizona are so incompetent that they could be hacked by inmates, and that a suspected hacker had access to a copy of my book. Banning the book is easier than building competent systems. You need smarts to fix the system. Book banning does not require smarts.

so, i can confirm. in instances of mild sleep deprivation, a cup of about 430 ml of sencha green #tea prior to taking a 15-minute nap can ease the symptoms. the caveats are that you gotta drink a lot of water and you need to have mild sleep deprivation. forget about it if you have not sleep well or much in a few days. i experimented for about 2 weeks on this.
