"It might be the last time."

I grew up at funerals. While other kids attended a million weddings, I sat shiva with my family, attended funerals inside, outside, in our front lawn.

I grew up with the knowledge that every second might be the last, and to savor every experience because at any time it would be the last.

I found that attitude has really helped me as a mother.

I savor EVERYTHING. Every hug, dance, song, drawing, etc.

One day it'll be the last. And I'll be grateful I soaked it up
