Is it me or has the influx of new people on mastodon.social caused it to slow down, not complaining, scaling up is always difficult even decentralised systems run on servers (despite what the cloud marketing team told you) 😀

I've no issue with people striking however they must understand there isn't a finite pot of cash and there may be people who are Infront of them in the queue..

Railworkers, sure, however not until the Nurses of the NHS are sorted in the UK and Teachers..

@iramjohn @demiller agree, and as a team manager I spend a lot of time telling my team to not do it, I guess leading by example in this situation isn't my forte
