One justification I've seen many times for the continued torture of #dst #daylightsavinghell is the supposed energy savings. In this day and age, does an extra hour really make any fucking difference as far as energy use is concerned?

The clocks went back, I know the logic, still this morning was a bit shocked at 6:20 when it was daylight having spent weeks at the same time in pitch black.

Oh, it's the #DayLightSavingHell again. Time to get confused about time zones. Why do we keep doing this when it has been proven multiple times that the impact on the energy usage is negligible?

Already in 2018 @EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu proposed that we stop this madness by 2021 but EU being EU, here we still are.
