Drafts is where text starts on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.
Trying out tuning a custom GPT to be more helpful assisting in answering questions about Drafts, and especially in creating custom actions. If you'd like to try it out, I'd love feedback on where it worked and especially where it did not.

If you have used our Mail Assistant app to send Markdown Mail on macOS, you'll be happy to know the macOS 15.4 update includes a fix from Apple for a bug that prevented the Mail Assistant from functioning on previous macOS 15 releases.
So now there's a great way to write in Markdown, and send it as a rich-text HTML email again…(from Drafts, or other apps via Shortcuts/URLs)
Drafts is a fantastic application. I mainly use it on my phone. While I don't use it extensively, it is gold for what it does.

TIP: Manipulating or Inserting Text from Shortcuts
Example action and walkthrough video of an action that sends the text selection in the editor to a shortcut as input, and replaces that text with the result returned by the shortcut. Great starting point for using Shortcuts to pull information from other apps, or just manipulate text seamlessly.

TextExpander users: The no-longer-supported TextExpander iOS API will be removed from Drafts in the next major update (v47). If you rely on this functionality by using an old, discontinued version of TextExpander, make plans for it ceasing to function.
