@rlounsbury Florida law follows the State law where the felon was convicted. In New York, only incarcerated felons can't vote. Once released they can.

@WindyCraigArt B/W photography is more 'truthful' as all images create a distorted view of reality. At least no one believes the world is represented in black, gray and white so they have to use their minds to see what the creator is attempting to do.
