Photo looking through a dark storage area into a boat yard. Through a tall metal gate at the far end can be glimpsed a wooden boat in afternoon sunshine, the light spills in from that end, through a tall metal gate, and partially highlights a confusion of rigging and masts, all laid down lengthwise on shelves down either side.

Beneath the wall, there is the concreted ground in the lower half of the image. The concrete has cracked in several spots and is covered with dirt and black, brown and red fungus. Where the wall meets the ground, there are a bunch of building materials laying on the ground. Chief among which are a piece of corrugated cement sheet, some bricks and some broken cement rocks. On the boundary of these materials, there are tiny plants and brown-red fungi growing.
