Organizing legal support and bail funds for protesters and activists who have faced indiscriminate arrest and overreaching charges in the struggle to stop the construction of a vast police training facility — dubbed Cop City — atop a forest in Atlanta.
The arrests are an unprecedented attack on bail funds and legal support organizations, a long-standing facet of social justice movements, according to Lauren Regan, executive director of the Civil Liberties Defense Center.
“This is the first bail fund to be attacked in this way,” Regan, whose organization has worked to ensure legal support for people resisting Cop City, told me. “And there is absolutely not a scintilla of fact or evidence that anything illegal has ever transpired with regard to Atlanta fundraising for bail support.”

Recently adopted a macro lens for my LUMIX S5 and honestly it's been an absolute joy exploring the world through a new perspective.
I'm not into focus stacking or maximizing depth of field though, quite the opposite. It's the shallow focus that I love so much, and working a composition from subjects at a small scale.

Haters gotta hate. They don't even see how toxic they have become.
I couldn't stay at aus-social given their policy towards to fake content and stealing other peoples material. Other aus hosts seemed to be majority trash accounts and shouty people anyway. So headed for a European server.
This account has my last vestige of connection to the old twitter crowd, hence my leftist rantings, and not many have followed me on the photography only account.
Maybe that's just how it is.
Something I love about micro four thirds cameras is how tiny they can be (well, at least how tiny they used to be). I love how easily I can stash my lil Lumix GF6 away in my small messenger bag.
That's why most of the photos I've been posting lately have been with that camera. Any outing can be a photo walk!
Panasonic and OM System (Olympus) really need to bring back their more compact lines (e.g., Pen, GM1, etc)!
