So the time to start is the moment that you decide to start.

Let me tell you another secret.

It's ok to do things badly. Let go of the falsehood that there is only value in doing something you enjoy, only if you're good at it. At first, you're going to be bad at this. It will not be beautiful. Do it anyway. If you persist, and you learn to enjoy doing it despite being bad at it, eventually you will stop being bad at it. And then, when you do it, it will be enjoyable AND beautiful.

Ganz wichtig: Mehr als 1 muss in die #Gewerkschaft eintreten, so viele wie möglich, sonst wird diese Person gefeuert und das war's erstmal.

Wir konnten den BR nur gründen nachdem ich damals Hausverbot bekam, weil noch andere Mitglied waren. Nur das hat die Pläne des AG zur Verhinderung der BR-Wahl ausgehebelt. Kämpft gemeinsam. (PS: Es gibt immer eine Ratte, die der Firmenleitung erzählt, wer irgendwas anzettelt. Vergesst das nicht.)
