This week's medical nightmare: emergency dentist and then the trains were all cancelled and I had to get an 80€ cab home to get some antibiotics and ibuprofen while in excruciating pain due to infection in a broken tooth and a migraine that started yesterday.

Any help with this and all other concurrent nightmares is appreciated.
