@grumpygamer It's a KISS typa deal really, so just use UTC. The important part is being transparent and consistent with it - the countdown to the end of the day needs to be prominently displayed at all times, so that nobody ever gets confused about what "today" and "tomorrow" mean.

I thought I was the only one who played the PS1 version! Didn't have the mouse either, so played through the whole thing on a d-pad... don't know how that didn't make me lose my marbles back then.
