@b0rk Mine goes in the opposite sense: during the last years, I have been working in teams by default with a single branch ("Trunk-Based Development"), with a lot of focus, micro-commits, avoiding multitasking and a Continuous Deployment pipeline. That requires many other practices (e.g. TDD, pair programming, etc.).
My life with Git is much simpler like this (also the "lead time", etc.). Now I only have to remember "add", "commit", "push", and "pull" 😆 🙏
