An #IrishRail InterCity service Dublin accelerating out of #Maynooth along the #RoyalCanal on its way to Sligo. On the one hand this is a location I’ve used a lot so I was reluctant to share another, but with that beautiful early summer weather I just couldn’t resist 🙂

@davidnjoku This is something of a hot take and potentially touching on a sensitive subject. You’ve noted before how many countries have Nigerian athletes now - I look at Ireland where a lot of second generation Nigerian-Irish folks are killing it in sports. Rhasidat Adeleke being the incredible stand out. Is there a talent drain effect coming into play here? Hasn’t impacted other countries (yet?)

#GameDev poll: if you were making a custom scripting language for narrative games, would you try to make a pretty general purpose language with a few extra affordable to make some things easier, or make a detailed design of the kind of game you want to make and make a DSL that is very strongly tailored for that? Or maybe just a framework in Lua or something?

What do you think are the pros and cons of each approach? Help me think. I've been struggling with this for a year.
