I wrote some of the lessons learned developing software using AI / ML tools based on conversations and questions with other software engineers. Specific shout out to Ben Weintraub and Ryan Broughan for the discussion.

I'm excited to announce that my proposal for BSidesPDX 2023 was accepted! I'll be presenting my work on SNDL, a programming environment that treats privacy controls as the first-class citizen instead of security.

I'm passionate about privacy and security, and I believe that SNDL has the potential to revolutionize the way we design and develop software. I'm looking forward to sharing my work with the community at BSidesPDX and hearing feedback from other security professionals.

If you're interested in privacy, security, or programming, I encourage you to attend my talk. I promise it will be informative and thought-provoking!

In an agile organization the shape of the work often doesn't match the shape of the organization. This can be for short term or a project or it is the early stages of a reorganization. I wrote about how I have had success in leveraging self-organization to deal with this challenge: lateefjackson.com/posts/shape- #agile #management

lateefjackson.com/posts/ikeban Taking a new view or perspective can be helpful when building and changing complex software systems. I have attempted to share a point of view that I find helpful when working on the architecture of software systems. Thanks to Ryan Broughan for the collaboration.
