can anyone hook us up with someone at framework that will just let us return this broken mess of a laptop? support have been absolutely terrible with our issues of usb, touchpad, wifi and other things, just want rid of this machine so we can get a fucking thinkpad or something

can't afford to replace it, barely gonna stay not homeless as is

fucking fed up with this laptop, just because its made for developers and hackers doesn't mean you can just give a jank product and expect computer touchers to work around all the issues in it

do not give us tech support, we don't want help with the issues, we just want to have a laptop that works

@leah it's mostly just usual flea market stuff but there was one seller there who seems to have bought a lil bit of infra from somewhere, the gear was not super new though
