OK, I know I was only promoting this podcast last week, but I just listened to the whole thing front-to-back and I really enjoyed it. I think some of you might too.

@shram86 I have a friend who has a network of folks with ME-CFS, I can ask her if that helps. It’s a chronic disease with many symptoms and pain is one of them
Just discovered that Meta AI has been enabled on my WhatsApp app with no option to disable it but I found a handy workaround - I've changed the app language to Gaeilge and that switches it off.
The reason I’m posting is for people outside iran to put themselves in their shoes

@PotMetPetunias I actually thought the same way but found out later that the lion and sun have been the flag way before that. Look up on Wikipedia
More explanation - the flag on the left is the Islamic Republic flag - Here I have included one with no symbols and one with the historical flags of Iranian monarchies which included a lion and a sun. I use the one without symbols at the moment but either of the two are ok. The Islamic republic one is the one I ask you to please not use. #iran
If you are protesting, please don’t wave the flag of an oppressor (Islamic Republic) - use the three colors of Iran instead. Don’t be this person.
