I heard the term "post-literacy" the other day. The idea is even though most people can read the vast majority do not have a basic comprehension of what is being said. Instead of looking for the intended meaning of words, we read what we want to hear.

Can you point to where I denied anything? I said "wild unverified claims." It is possible the claims are true, but there has yet to be any evidence produced from the alleged grave sites originally found 2 years ago. In the vandalism against Churches you read "dig them up." They started digging and have found nothing. The moment there is a "mass" amount of child remains found at the specific sites alleged, I will reverse course.

I will endeavor not to be so pedantic or off-topic in the future. I appreciate you explaining what you meant as I genuinely did not understand why I was being called a racist. I would appreciate if you and others in the future would start with giving a substantive reason as to why you believe I'm wrong instead of just insulting me.

I was willing to believe the "mass grave" claims until excavation and time showed otherwise. I quite dislike a NGO that so casually slanders a Church.

@letsbekind2 The original post acknowledged she had some disagreements with the ADL but that the organization shouldn't be lambasted because of the good it does achieve (fighting against antisemitism). My disagreement is that the things which the ADL has gotten wrong should be criticized because they have real world consequences.

It's interesting you bring up the burning down of someone's house. Because that's what happened to all those Church's in Canada. I haven't heard any apologies for that

Can you explain to me how I am "antisemitic and anti-indigenous."

1) Semitic people are not involved with my issue with the ADL.

2) Honestly reporting what happened to indigenous children is pro-indigenous. Those schools often treated the children badly, but to take that to an unverified extreme cheapens the true hardship endured by those people.
