🙌 This three-year project is a collaboration between all ELIXIR Nodes, encompassing 36 institutes across 23 countries, plus EMBL-EBI.

It's been an incredible year for @wendibacon1's #UseGalaxy Single Cell Community of Practice!

The third #UseGalaxy Smörgåsbord is off to a fantastic start! This is our third year of organising an async 24/7 training week, thanks to Erasmus+ funding, and we've been very grateful for what we've been able to accomplish with these resources, over the last 30 months.
Unfortunately¹ for us it is very difficult to track the precise number of participants, but we can make some estimates and offer some numbers anyway!

users of MS SQL Server with #sqlalchemy 2.0, we've identified an undocumented "behavior" that can impact the integrity of INSERT statements. If you are using SQLA 2.0 with SQL Server, pass use_insertmanyvalues=False to create_engine() until we can fix this.
