My Ubuntu Summit talk is up! Where I talk about:
1. How Desktop UX is effectively dead
2. Why I hate the term UX/UI with the heat of 1000 suns
3. How OSS can actually innovate in #ux

This week I’m posting a special comic! It's an adaptation of a fantasy #microfiction by @vanellopemint . Source: https://mastodon.art/@vanellopemint/115412361427671211 (edit: fixed a typo on a speech-bubble)
@jfml I'm happy to share. I enjoying using these tools and would like to make it easier for others who might be interested in using them too.

@friction Just an idea, it could be # for the grid and % for the snapping.
@friction I look forward to it! Please include a hotkey for quick toggle.
New @nuxttux #Friction tutorial, retro ping-pong animation.
@lps I looked into it and I can't turn it off without disabling the auto dubbing altogether.
Then YT automatically activates it per viewer.

Let’s talk about AI art.
@friction I saw the transform gizmo post and I look forward to it! RC(3) it is then.
@scvalex Deciding colors & what to do took the longest.
I started staging the scene 2 days ago, then yesterday I starting working on the illustration.
Last night I imported the illustration into Friction & started animating. Around 10 AM today I got back to it, finished shortly before sharing it.
This pipeline is similar to what I see from Adobe users. I use to animated 3d and cut-out using Blender.
Friction works great for me, my style & pipeline. Snapping is one thing I look forward to.
@davenjogu Both. AppImage mostly for testing.
@davenjogu I settled on Linux Mint.
