Deriving from experiences on both federated and centralized networks, the handbook's purpose is to help moderators and community leaders recognize signs of child sexual abuse and identify potential threats.
We aim to shed light on symbols and dogwhistles used by offenders, as these often go under the radar of most moderators, as well as ways to identify potential victims in spaces.

We are not members of law enforcement or legal experts, so do not seek legal advice from us or report cases of CSA.
