@mbourgon so first you have to choose, state based migrations which is ssdt/SQLpackage or migration based which is more like flyway, dbup, liquibase,etc. then while you could use GitHub actions for code deployment, I usually use it only for the build and package process. Then I'll use octopus deploy to handle the environment migrations.

If you want to cut down on the actual number of abortions that occur then instead of banning it do the following:
* Actually teach kids in schools how babies are made
* Don't just teach abstinence, show everyone how to protect themselves
* Support the usage of contraceptives and birth control and don't put barriers in the way of receiving them

If you accuse me of supporting the killing of babies you're gone. Truth is that banning abortion doesn't stop abortion. It'll still happen. But more women will die because instead of taking a pill or seeing an OB they self harm or see some backroom quack to get it done. Not to mention the totally preventable deaths from miscarriages that now become deadly because there are no qualified doctors to perform a procedure or the doctor/hospital is unable to take the risk

* Make adoption a viable and affordable option for all.
* Provide medical care for both the mother and baby
* Provide childcare so that women who have a baby don't feel like they've lost their careers because they cannot afford it.

Abortion will always happen. It's our job to provide alternative choices that actually work.

@foone MobaXTerm does something like that. Connections open a terminal and a fil explorer that stay in sync directory wise. Drop a file in the explorer folder and it will scp it up
