@kyle I wrote a song about it so I wouldn’t forget https://youtu.be/QmKZOk_foT0
@kyle Probably not what you’re after but your toot has conjured this cursed idea for a femme-forward gambling site: OnlyFanDuel™
@Meyerweb Headline gave me a jump scare back to the days of gulp and grunt and bower, oh my!
@kyle Ah. Well we have a “Siri bedtime” scene that turns down the lights and puts a bedtime playlist on shuffle. After a year of this my Apple Music year in review was full of kid movie soundtracks. When I turned off listening history on our kids HomePod that problem went away. Maybe try automating a scene on and off? Grasping at straws
@kyle Ha no, it’s an ecobee that has aspirations of being a HomePod but we keep it in line. I guess I don’t know how you’re automating music. Our use case may be simpler: when I or my partner says “Siri, play some music,” the nearest HomePod recognizes who’s asking and plays random songs based on our listening history. Since I figured out why Siri thought I was so into Moana, I’ve generally been pleased with the results, although we do sometimes make use of “Siri, next song.”
@kyle Dunno if this will help your situation but finding this toggle in the Home app was a big win for keeping animated movie soundtracks out of my history:

@kyle Is there a German word for when you get the reference but not the context?
@chriscoyier either that or you get a double chin
Looking forward to the last hundred days, whenever that is

“It might not look like much but it has good bones”
Free idea: suppose your city’s Department of Transportation runs a public transit system. Call it “The Dot” and run ad campaigns that say “Get there on The Dot!”
Would help if said system was hyper-focused on running the trains on time, without being fascist, natch.
I recently learned that you can make a simple accordion UI using details tags with a common name attribute.

@rmondello my 10 year old son is obsessed with this song, to the point that I have to avoid using phrases like “a long time ago” to avoid starting him up again
