Today my very first peer-reviewed article was published in a special issue on "Referendum Campaigns in the Digital Age" in the #openaccess journal Media and Communication.
By linking digital trace data & survey data of 309 young adults (19-24 years old) in 🇨🇭, we investigated the antecedents of their mobile news use duration and how the duration of 📱 news use is related to political knowledge about and participation in a direct-democratic referendum.

His narrative analysis shows the differences of a "centralized" (pro-Russian) and a "decentralized" (pro-Ukrainian) narrative about the #war in social media.
