What’s your workflow for using #Mona on the Mac with Voiceover? I’m using 4 and 6 to go to previous and next item on the Mac. Enter is mapped to actions, and 2 will move me down the menu or 8 will move me up. 5 will select the item, so I can navigate with one hand. However, whenever I take an action on a post focus seems to get lost/moved, and command+R moves me to the top, … some times. @MonaApp #Mac #Voiceover #Numpad

Based on a thread I was browsing earlier today about improving one's #mental #math skills by some who had a poor time of math #education during their formative years, I'd like to recommend the book "Secrets of Mental Math: The Mathemagician's Guide to Lightning Calculation and Amazing Math Tricks" by Michael Shermer and Arthur Benjamin. I keep seeing unhappiness about @MonaApp not having made the ballot for the @AppleVis hall of fame and it confounds me. They clearly state that this is for apps that have been around for a significant period of time. This app while popular and life changing for many no doubt myself included is quite new. Thus I don't get the angst. Nothing is keeping it from making an appearance in December in the running for their Golden Apple Award for recognition for the given year.

@liamerven And I don’t see why you couldn’t drop a stripe link in a YouTube description, or a link that redirects people to your #Stripe page. I love how, depending on the device people join the link on, they can pay with their favorite wallet. For the most part. The cash app integration is pretty slick too.

@jamminjerry @philliesfan4 it’s a versatile, dynamic microphone, and has a similar form factor to the ATR 2100, except it has mini USB and XLR out. One of them has buttons towards the base to adjust the volume of your monitoring using the built-in 1/8 inch connector, and the other one has a little half circle Dial kind of. The queue to you has buttons.

@MNPhoenix @philliesfan4 It’s a pretty good microphone that gives you the flexibility of mini USB to USB a, or see if you have the proper cable or XLR. It’s a great upgrade to a persons audio quality, and if you’re familiar with the Audio Technica aTR 2100, it has a very similar form factor.

@jane_jordan Being involved in customer service in some form or another over the last several years, you may or may not be surprised that this happens a lot more often than people think. What happens even more often is people will forget to tell you to call them back on a different number, And then get frustrated if you call them back on the number that they called you from and expected you to know to call them on the number you’ve never had before. #CustomerServiceLife.

For those who use it there was a huge update for the Tusker mastodon app for IOS. I can't even remember all they fixed, but there were a ton of things. Yes, I mostly use mona, but I do like to have Toot! And Tusker as well just because.

Can you answer this? This would 100% make my dream set up happen!
