@Hansonthebike Look forward to visiting next time I’m in Ottawa. Incidentally, I went to school with Don Enright (pretty sure it’s the same person, anyway) when we were both studying music in Calgary, but that was several centuries ago.
He | Him Not particularly witty. Enjoys self-deprecation, fishing for complements, irony.

@Hansonthebike Not to worry. We have had much good weather in the Netherlands on previous trips. It’s bound to balance out. :)
@borisk Yes, we visited Deventer today on our route. It looks lovely, though most of the historic centre was filled with carnival rides in preparation for the Ascension long weekend, so much of its charm was lost to us.
Also, if it would stop raining, that would also be nice. :)
@borisk Thanks. Yes, we are currently making our way to Zwolle and then down the Ijssel to Arnhem. :)
@Hansonthebike Thanks for this info. We actually crossed that bridge entering Utrecht. Amazing piece of infrastructure, and the neighbourhood on the other side is indeed lovely. 🤩
