Do you have this with other meds/pills/capsules as well? I've frequently experienced this with difficult-to-swallow pills, although usually it's just anxiety and not actually stuck.

Here's my technique for swalling pills and capsules, maybe it helps.
- get some water in your mouth
- throw your head way back
- drop the pill straight into the water in your mouth and then swallow immediately
