I bet you didn't know Thailand has art installations that pay tribute to vibe coders' codebases.
Pretty cool.
I’ve seen a couple of social media posts about this ship breaking away from the pier in Juneau recently. To find out what actually happened, I always wait to see what Sal from What’s Happening with Shipping has to say. He always gives the straight word. https://youtu.be/wn0PdLYXnac?si=IrjunVrdHDGbNSyS

@thefathippy Maybe in Australia, but here in the US there is NO new car of any type available for half the price I paid for my GV60, not even close. I only paid $5k more than the average new car price here in the US, and I got the mid trim, not the base. Either GV60s are super expensive in Australia, or other cars are super affordable, or maybe both. There is no chauffeur included, btw.
This is a really good explanation of LLMs and how they can’t actually read
@swiftconnection @mikaelacaron Wow what an amazing venue. Have fun Mikaela!
@thefathippy Sounds like you have the wrong EV. In my Genesis GV60 I always use lane centering - I never turn it off and it’s very helpful. And I’ve never experienced phantom braking.
@danielsaidi I figured it might be a dumb question, I should have done a moment of research. Anyway, I’m keeping a bookmark for your package, I’ll bet it will come in handy at some point.
@danielsaidi Neat! Any chance of support for “regular” (non Catalyst) macOS apps? Probably not, but a boy can dream.
A report came out a few days ago saying that a majority of Americans now get their news from social media. Does that include YouTube? Because breaking news, the next SpaceX Starship just blew up on the test stand. Oh wait, I mean rapid unscheduled disassembly. https://youtu.be/0C_L-qgHsE0?si=JI3J_OJjFd2thABC

@Iconfactory I’ve had xScope for 10-15 years, I don’t use it often but when I do it’s awesome. I’ll have to check and see if my license is up to date.
@jamesdempsey @emarley @Techtonica Thank you Liz! Hope to see you again next year!
@isaiah Falls can be major catastrophes. I’m really sorry this happened to you, but it sounds like the good news far outweighs the bad, so I’m thankful for that. You didn’t mention it, but I imagine that was super scary in red the moment. About 20 years ago I had three falls in a couple of years. Fortunately no major injuries, but it took several years for the bruises to heal.
Wow, this sounds awesome. https://mastodon.social/@dimillian/114698658274768368
There's really no world where I want my toolbars changing color to match the content of the window in the same way I don't want my pizza crust to change colors to match the toppings.
