@moelholm Cool. ππͺ back to back days are good. but also think about splitting up really long runs into multiple runs per day. they will give you the same effect but are less tiring and will reduce recovery time. somting like 2x22K or 3x12K or 4x10 or similar. The last one before UTS for me was 28K in the morning and then 22K in the evening. Iβll dig out an article on this.

Exactly 4 weeks to mozart100 (105K, 5400 m+) in Salzburg, Austria. Feels a little bit like Christmas as a kid. π It will be interesting. Letβs see how it turns out. No matter what, I am happy and glad that I signed up for the challenge. #utmb #trailrunning #running
Watching live the Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB 100K and 100M races (yesterday there was the 50K one). Impressive coverage with MTBs and drones. @WTL start with 10min. And then increase with only 1-2 minutes everyday. Wife did that after knee surgery. Worked without any problems. Took just sometime to get back to 60 minutes. But it was worth it - she said. It worked for her.
