Guten Morgen. Es ist wieder diese Herbstnebelzeit. Auch und gerade dann macht das Laufen im Selztal Spaß.

Im Herbst setzt sich im Selztal nachts oft der Nebel fest und hält sich den ganzen Tag. Dieses Mal ergab der Nebel beim Laufen eine phantastische Stimmung, während er sich langsam hob. Sogar das Eichhörnchen schien guter Stimmung.

For next year’s marathon, i am combining a tailored program with garmin DSW and doing strength training on the side.
As soon as we get some snow, i will be replacing some of the runs with skiing which means I got a mess as garmin coach tracks only running 🤷♀️.
So, i am calculating my own TSS, ACT, CTL… so i can combine all and check that I dont over do it.
I got skiing but how do you measure the effort of strength training?
