#running 5mn d’échauffement puis 5 fois 5mn à mon rythme sur 10km. 2mn entre chaque phase.

Je n’ai pas calculé le nb de minutes/km, et l’application de la montre a pris les 2mn de récupération dans le calcul des moyennes par segment 😬

Je crois que c’était pas mal, en plus (oui je peux recalculer mais comme dirait #LeGrand Flemme !)

5,53km pour 38mn22 d’exercice (mais ça intègre des temps de pause)

Here is a Floridian sidewalk snail, which given the humidity could be considered marine.

I'm glad to have a few Orlando runs under my belt- it was an interesting if harrowing experience.

I would declare that I'll never return but my kid seems to have settled there and now my life will be in continual confusion.

And now I'm home, it's in the fifties and I'm ready for the forest and hills!

Today has been the hottest day this summer so far. I left home later than usual. Ran 10km easy on the footpath along a neighborhood creek. I put on the Marathon Maniacs singlet. I got it when I completed 3 accredited full marathons in 90 days. I was so much younger then. #running

Runners and fitness folk can I pick your brains? I suffered from plantar fascia some 12+ years ago and luckily it haven't reared it's ugly head since. Even when I started barefoot walking 8 years ago and barefoot running 1.5 years ago. So I know this isn't the dreaded plantar fu*kitcia.

I had a very sharp pain in the plantar calcaneal ligament, the one that goes from the big toe to the heal. About an inch from the metatarsophalangeal joint, the one where the big toe wiggles from ;)

The area that hurt is about a pinky finger tip big, and it suddenly just hit, a bit like when you step on one bit of LEGO. Though, being Danish walking on Lego is like walking on fire, don't feel it what so ever. The pain last 2-3 seconds, hard, then fades away over 5 seconds to like it was never there.

The weird thing is it happened more when I sat still, I think it only happened once while walking or running. The stabs peaked over the weekend, every 20min or so, but disappeared after I went to bed Saturday night and had a rest day Sunday. After it had slowly build up over 2-3 days.

Now what is a good stretch or massage to do to plantar calcaneal ligament, so I don't experience this again?

Just another run in the Danish summer. Lots of (head)winds, much beautiful nature, and oh so many hills (325 m EG).

At 9.07 km, today's run brought me to my distance goal for this year: 1,000 km. Together with my father, my brother, and two of his kids, I celebrated it with gelato at the local restaurant.

All is good.

My herniated disc is back, so I haven’t been training for a few weeks now. I can’t express how much this sucks ass! I am not sure when I’ll run again.

I'm becoming the canal runner, don't know how I've managed to only find canals to run next to, the third in five days ;)

Ronie Size might not be the correct musician to listen too when you are trying out a steady easy run. Heroes and Brown Paper Bag are a killer of slow speeds ;)

No records set as I ran out of steam and walked the last kilometre.

2025 supposed to be a great running year for me.
Since last year September I have a professional runner as a coach to be prepared well for 2025.
and it started pretty great for me with the first run.
Second run, I achieved my very first DNF at Transvulcania Ultra. 😞
And now it seems my injury is more serious, which could lead to my first DNS 😭

Ich fühl mich mega gut.

Bin gerade eben 6km durchgelaufen. Die neue, angepasste Strecke ist sehr angenehm, keine extremen Steigungen auf einmal, dafür ca. 40 Minuten lang.

Ich bin nicht mal komplett tot. Der Körper ist erschöpft, aber ich kann den Tag noch überstehen.
