# Gadgets made with RG 👀
@brakeoutgaming hey there! It's not "completely" stand-alone, it still requires your copy on Steam.
That's because it's hard to make separate gadgets with Unity's terms and agreements.
- Yes it has networking capabilities, but only under previous approval by the user.
- Nope, it does not have access to the filesystem.
Think of your standalone gadgets as those old widgets you would put on your desktop during the 90s for MP3s, chats, etc-
