What’s up with the cloudflare containers? Pls someone explain to me
@tecoholic i have used in past from China. It was okay. Never tired from Eu. Will try and report back
Thought they black list all VPS IPs. But ya let me give it a try on DO.
Never tried any paid vpn so far. Is express vpn really that good?
Tried so far aws Mumbai and Hyderabad both are blocked.
I wanna watch some Indian shows but it s only available in India. Not working outside. VPN is also not working since streaming apps knows its proxy services.
No legal platform outside India to stream the content even paid ones not available. So what options I have. Other than running Tailscale exit node back in India. Guess app might even know Tailscale and won’t allow it.
I wanted a simple server component that tracks Sparkle update stats (macOS version, app version, nothing intrusive) but all of the oss projects seem dead, so I built my own: https://stats.store - open source ofc!
Cursor changed the pricing. Pro plan now included unlimited tool use and model use.
Guess they got hit with claude code and got some discount deals from LLM providers.
When writing the tutorial for Foundation Models, I couldn't use the new Xcode AI stuff because, of course, those models don't know about that framework yet.
Don't wait for models! Use https://llm.codes and then create custom GPT or project.
Problem solved ✅
@tecoholic job security? is it even a thing?
:xscope_app: In honor of making through WWDC, take 50% off our macOS developer tool - xScope.
Use the promo code HANGOVER50 when you order via our website and get all the rulers, guides, and tools you need for HALF the price. Now for a limited time only, don't wait.
If you're like me and are trying to study and inspect the new Liquid Glass effect, I've built a small utility app for you!
Test Liquid Glass with all the different options, tinting, sizes, and backgrounds — only for macOS Tahoe for obvious reasons.
As some of you may have already noticed, in the latest #Mastodon update, we've reworked the layout of the web app for smaller screen sizes. It should be easier to navigate and more pleasant to the eye. Let me know what you think!
didn't realize i need a browser with AI chat. Been using Dia for my personal stuffs - email, casual browsing, google workspace personal, light wight coding.
Really liking the chat on the right side and they use GPT 4.1 and it seems to be working. Don't know what prompt they have but it always concise and tells what i need then usual lots of texts
I guess open ai will release a codex-1 model based on o3. Now that they reduced the price for inference.
That new F1 trailer in the Apple TV app is different level. Nice combination of shots with haptic feedback’s.
Felt like having 4D cinema in hand. Wish to see the film in iMax.
Used the new UI for a day on secondary phone (so less time)
I kind of like it. System apps are looking great. That bottom search bar is grown on me. I kind of want that for every app which does search.
Tab bar is still a meh for me. Let’s see in coming beta.
@dimillian looking good. But I feel there are too many things n single screen. I know there are lots of things can be in this screen.
Okay, this "Haptic Trailer" — when viewed on your iPhone — is pretty great.
Who wants to come work with me to build some really cool applications and services to better the lives of HVAC technicians?
Finally watched the keynote. I have some… thoughts. Nothing that hasn’t already been said and years of experience have taught me to let changes marinate before poking fun.
But huge congrats to all the Apple developers who worked so hard on this release. It’s hard to raise the bar every year and yet you always find a way. Thank you thank you thank you.
Our take on the literal “new and shiny”. For those of us who’ve been around since pretty much the beginning, this all feels strangely familiar and yet… not. #WWDC
