Typically, books are published in conventional formats first and then converted to accessible formats, which delays the publication date for the approximately 12.5% of individuals with print disabilities in Canada who want to read them. American Express (Canada) is now producing card statements in large print and Braille, which I know because their phone system announced it while I was waiting on hold. I'm pretty sure that isn't targeted. I appreciate when accessibility is mentioned in normal conversation instead of hiding at the bottom of the secret menu. Same mentality as app update release notes.
