@daks merci ! On n'était pas vraiment prêts pour cette exposition. Il faut que des entreprises s'en saisissent car, étant l'Etat, on ne peut répondre positivement ni sur le privé, ni sur les collectivités. Du coup on croule sous les messages et on répond : ah non désolé nous c'est l'Etat on peut rien faire pour vous 😬

@shezi @ttk @xchange @bison Sorry guys. No excuse for documentation other than: we focused on our instance up to now and just added documentation on k8s install when someone asked for it. We definitely need to work on documentation now and hope the community will jump in.

@ttk @shezi @bison the choice of OIDC is b/c we are building a full suite. Also a pattern in which I believe as we see more and more SaaS OIDC. Why recode user management in all our projects so painful and suboptimal.

@mrchrisadams It will be the name of a track in a big hackathon we are organizing around opensource digital workspaces in Paris on June 2, 3 and 4. 😀

@daks Les plus belles communautés qu'on croise dans l'opensource (au sens large) sont je trouve autour de licences permissives. Les core devs sont payés sans contrepartie par des boites qui gagnent leur vie et au final c'est une communauté plus riche et plus active ? Je comprends aussi le libre mais cette philosophie ne peut elle pas exister quelle que soit la licence ?

@daks oui je comprends. Mais à l'inverse on voit tellement de projets AGPL avec juste une boite derrière, qui ne s'en sort pas et la communauté qui ne voit pas d'intérêt à aller contribuer. L'Etat n'ayant pas le problème de rentabiliser le projet doit au contraire permettre à des réutilisateurs d'en faire quelque chose... d'où la licence permissive !?

@daks Not sure I understand why copyleft would make it more public and forever? Our choice of MIT is because we come from the Django community which is business friendly and permissive. And that's why it rocks. Also, governments spend billions to encourage innovation and employment... so making businesses succeed is a big part of our job.
