An Act of Resistance
I'll be working on the Kenney Game Assets All-in-1 launcher for Linux next! It might not share the exact same features but hopefully bringing everything over. A Steam release will also happen this year! #gamedev
I love reading. I love writing. I love coding. I love drawing. I love creating.
Go ahead and make the slop machines faster, you can't take away what I love.
Ce prodigieux dessin de Bill Bramhall publié en 2021 dans le Daily News reste malheureusement d'actualité.

"The Human's world ends soon," said the cat.
"Again?" said the dog.
"They are fond of endings and beginnings. Even if nothing changes."
The dog whined.
"Same procedure as last year?" said the cat.
"Please."
The cat lay on the dog's head and purred, muffling the fireworks.

After 15 months of hard work, my dad has finished this impressive model of Minas Tirith! It is 1.4 m high and entirely hand-made out of wood. One of the most time-consuming parts was manually engraving the bricks on all walls and buildings, but this was key to properly convey the huge size of the city. Everything was painted by hand, adding some wear and tear. For a behind-the-scenes look at how he built this check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1Ywlc8ojjE
"We wish to honor the first earthling into space," said the aliens, "by inviting them to join us on our journey across the cosmos."
The earth representative frowned. "You must mean Yuri Gagarin? Unfortunately, he is long dead."
"A minor detail, given our technology," the aliens replied, "and no, we do not refer to the human."
The air grew bright and hot. Colors swirled. A dog appeared.
Said the aliens, "Come with us, Laika. Join us on our journey."
The dog barked happily.
If you just got a computer (holiday or otherwise) and are thinking of installing Linux on it, shoot me your questions!
I'm going to collect a bunch of them for an upcoming livestream, maybe this weekend after holiday parties are wrapped! Either that or next week sometime.
You can ask me here or ask (at) veronicaexplains (dot) net.
