Whilst a lot of #glutenfree recipes fall short of the mark, this recipe for Yorkshire Puddings is awesome!

60ml Double Cream
8g Arrowroot
8g Cornflour
1 Egg

Whisk ingredients, add to preheated baking tray (with a small amount of olive oil) and cook for 25mins at 180°C. Don’t open the oven before they’re done.

Makes 8 small or 4 whoppers!

Mastodon to me is like the far north of Scotland, tiny villages with single track roads between them. Each village has a tiny shop/post office/tearoom run by Betty and a West Highland Terrier. A cat sits on the window sill ignoring the customers. Suddenly it's summer and a million people in motor homes, used to asda and tesco, appear on the horizon.

At running the risk of sounding boring… here’s an #energysaving related toot.

The power consumption between my old #AppleMac Pro ‘trashcan’ and the new Mac Studio is not insignificant:
Mac Pro ‘trashcan’ = 85.5W - 190.7W
Mac Studio = 11W - 115W

Whilst the old ‘trashcan’ pumped out a lot of heat, the Mac Studio runs cold in comparison.

I’m from the future and tonight I’m in 1985. Pumps and socks are very white. Denim is very much double. Jacket sleeves are rolled up. The watch is retro. And no, I’ve not just jumped ship — this isn’t a life preserver.

Off out to an 80s themed 50th Birthday Bash. Naturally my choice of clothing is based around one of my #VintageWatches. My obsession for #DigitalWatches began in 1985 when my parents bought me a #Casio CA-53W, as worn by Marty McFly in #BackToTheFuture II & III.
