Went to bed at 10 last night and woke up about 3:30. Did not get back to sleep, but I stayed in bed and kinda dozed until 6 because the body needs REST if not good SLEEP. I'm still on vacation and my body just rejects beds that aren't my own after 2 or 3 nights. Bleh.

Denmark just knocked Canada out in the quarterfinal round of the IIHF Men's World Championships. Might be the biggest upset in tournament history?! Really cool that Denmark was able to do it in front of their home fans, too. Sidney Crosby in shambles.

During a storm last year, we had a huge section of a hemlock snap off and fall directly atop the brook, creating a gnarly walkway for animals that might want to traverse it.

My wife and I began to see a pair of Gray Foxes go across, so I moved one of the trailcams to see if I might get a crossing in action.

i did the folded collar! used a three needle bind off to knit the first and last rounds together combined with jeny's super stretchy bind off technique because i didn't want to sew it down. the bind off alone took over 2 hours 🙃 but it's done and looks decent imo. also a better view of the heathering in the yarn close up!
