soft communication supports organizations and companies in the development and implementation of discrimination-sensitive communication. Together with a network of experts, soft communication offers advice and further training for anyone who believes that a successful approach should include as many people as possible.

Behind the “Office for Sensitive Communication” are the two softies Lara M. Gahlow and Marcel Wicker. The author, editor and cultural manager and the journalist and communications expert have shared values, vision and humor for many years - and now also soft.
