Der älteste Beitrag in meiner Website @info stammt aus dem Jahr 79 - die Katastrophe von #Pompeji. Das #Activitypub Plugin für #WordPress setzt das Datum auch tatsächlich im Fediverse um. Dort steht nun, dass die Website seit dem Jahr 79 Mitglied ist :) Das #Fediverse ist wirklich alt ..

@hgg Dann sollte dein Ziel sein in den KI-Antworten als Quelle genannt zu werden. Dadurch tauchst du dort immer wieder auf und wenn es öfter passiert ist das auch gute Werbung für deinen Blog. Denke das kann man mit dem LLM-Plugin etwas steuern - habs selbst noch nicht probiert.

@hgg Wir hatten das Thema vor kurzem in unserem SEO SiteClinic Meeting von @reneschroeter Die meisten erleben seit März (wo Google die KI-Antworten aktiviert hat) einen Rückgang der Zugriffe und sogar der Projektanfragen.

Interessanterweise ist es bei mir eher andersrum. Seit März häufen sich die Anfragen, die sind aber insgesamt viel präziser als vorher und dadurch weniger Aufwendig in der Kommunikation.

Mein @info hat auch mehr Zugriffe - aber durch ganz viel Social Media Aktivitäten.

@ipstenu Another thing on my mind: what about commercial plugins? They could also integrate their own nodes, especially since everyone is free to do so. It would even simplify installation and updates considerably (which is currently sometimes horrendous and often only possible manually).

@ipstenu It is an extremely complex topic. However, it is remarkable how many (hundreds?) individuals are collaborating on this project. I appreciate that as well.

It is essential that the result is practical and not merely a hollow gesture. That is my concern at present. FAIR requires acceptance, not only from users but also from plugin developers. I believe there is still some work to be done in this regard, but I am hopeful that it will come with time.

@ipstenu @ipstenu I have also been skeptical about FAIR because of the lack of moderation and security of plugins. So far, I fear that this will result in a bunch of ChatGPT-driven plugin collections in each node that will do more harm than good to projects if everyone has the chance to provide a plugin for it. But your suggestion sounds very plausible - you nailed it ^^ I hope it catches on :)

@evelyn I also meant the login form. That is just as much a target as any other form. Hence my tips above, which would be pointless for other forms. Unfortunately, this has been the norm on the internet for decades.

@evelyn These are bots that simply fill out forms; no one is actually controlling them. If you receive too many of those notifications , turn them off or consider another form of protection. I find 2FA or Basic Auth to be very helpful as well.
