So on Sunday Kobi and I went to see "Köln 75" at the Odeon in Cologne and I really recommend it.

It's an upbeat, quirky comedy about everything that ALMOST prevented Keith Jarrett's legendary live concert from even happening. A movie about not giving up and riding out the chaos. I needed that.

It's been years since I walked out of a movie actually feeling GOOD. I thought "our move here was a clusterfuck too. Maybe something legendary will come from this."

A good many neurodivergent people in the past would have ended up in monasteries.

In the 19th and 20th centuries, the asylum replaced the monasteries.

In the 21st century, prisons replaced asylums.

None of those spaces are ideal but the trend of diminishing returns is clear.
