First time #running for two weeks. Was travelling, then ill. So was in bed with lurgy during our recent heatwave. But Orbital gig in London was amazing so worth it.
Argh. One of the few drawbacks of running. Hope you heal quickly.
Probably too windy for #running Ended up with loads of sand in my mouth.
It was a lovely Saturday evening so all the chippies were rammed!
