@greve I was fighting all the time that we don't switch to Slack. We're using self-hosted Rocket Chat (on APPUiO) since years and Threema as secondary channel. Works good for us and we will not change it. Sometimes we have to use Slack for customers or projects (looking at you, CNCF, and no, the potential switch to Discord is not making it any better), it's horror for me.
