With the final BRender engine SDK from Argonaut -v1.4 from 1998- recently surfacing, the quest is now over.
My last side-quest is understanding how BRender screendoor transparency was supposed to work and if it was really implemented.
We have also produced a video showing what remains of the Cult #PC prototype, some of the map files, main protagonist model and screenshots from the game.
Our first Christmas update sees release of a very early remains of Cult on the #PC. A third person zombie game due for release in 1997 by Argonaut Games that aimed to showcase the new Voodoo 1 3DFX card and BRender engine at the time. @ArgonautGames_

This version (1.4, binary) was found in a big upload of old IBM warez, and had some annoying issues with corrupted and incorrectly packaged files. it should now be narrowed down to a couple files, which are specifically indicated in the zip.

Listed the #Carmageddon render buffer as an available texture in the #BRender registry. First presented here used on the Stadium giant screen. Then as a reflective texture on the Jet car (with added BRender CLUT).
